Look, this isn't your typical McDojo stuff. We're teaching real Shotokan karate the way it was meant to be - discipline, precision, and yeah, you'll break a sweat. Perfect if you want structure and actual technique that works.


What to expect: We start with kihon (basics), move into kata practice, and finish with kumite sparring drills. You'll build muscle memory, improve your reaction time, and honestly? You'll feel pretty badass.

Duration: 90 minutes

What to bring: Gi uniform (we've got loaner gis if you're new), water bottle, and an open mind.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Ground game that actually works. We're rolling, drilling submissions, escapes, and positional control. Don't worry if you've never grappled - we pair you with someone at your level and nobody's trying to hurt anybody here.


What to expect: Warm-up, technique drilling with a partner, positional sparring, and open rolling if you're up for it. It's like physical chess but way more fun.

Duration: 75 minutes

What to bring: Gi or no-gi rashguard (both styles welcome), mouthguard recommended, nails trimmed short.

Olympic Taekwondo

High kicks, speed, and explosive power. If you've ever wanted to throw a perfect spinning hook kick, this is your spot. Master Park competed internationally and he's got the patience to break down even the trickiest techniques.


What to expect: Flexibility work, kicking drills on pads, footwork patterns, and some light sparring once you've got the basics down. Your legs will be sore but it's worth it.

Duration: 60 minutes

What to bring: Dobok (uniform), sparring gear if you have it, plenty of water.

Warrior HIIT

Daily - 6:00 AM & 6:30 PM

Certified HIIT Specialist

This one's gonna test you. 45 minutes of intense intervals mixing bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and battle ropes. Emma doesn't go easy but she'll motivate the hell out of you. Great for fat loss and building endurance.


What to expect: Quick warm-up then straight into timed circuits - 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. Burpees, slam balls, box jumps, you name it. Scalable for different fitness levels.

Duration: 45 minutes

What to bring: Workout clothes, towel, water, and maybe a change of shirt because you're gonna sweat.

Strength & Conditioning

Real strength training for people who wanna get stronger without all the bodybuilding nonsense. We focus on compound movements - squats, deadlifts, presses. Tyler programs everything so you're actually progressing week to week.


What to expect: Proper warm-up with mobility work, then main lifts with coaching on form, followed by accessory work. Small groups so you get plenty of attention.

Duration: 75 minutes

What to bring: Athletic shoes with flat soles (no running shoes), lifting belt if you have one, water.

Warrior Yoga Flow

What to expect: Dynamic sequences linking breath with movement, core work, balance challenges, and a proper savasana at the end. Sarah offers modifications so everyone can participate.

What to bring: Yoga mat (we have extras), water, blocks and straps provided.

Meditation & Mindfulness

What to expect: Guided breathing exercises, seated meditation practice, mindfulness techniques you can use anywhere. We keep it simple and practical.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, open mind. Meditation cushions provided or you can sit in a chair.

Little Warriors (Ages 5-8)

Getting kids off screens and moving. We teach basic martial arts through games and drills that keep them engaged. They'll learn respect, following instructions, and yeah, some cool kicks. Parents love seeing the confidence boost.


What to expect: Fun warm-ups, martial arts basics disguised as games, obstacle courses, and lots of positive reinforcement. Classes are high-energy but structured.

Duration: 45 minutes

What to bring: Comfortable clothes they can move in, water bottle, we provide all equipment.

Youth Martial Arts (Ages 9-14)

Combat Cardio Kickboxing

Hit pads, throw combinations, burn calories. This isn't point-fighting - we teach you to punch and kick properly while getting in killer shape. The music's loud, the energy's high, and you'll feel like a fighter.


What to expect: Shadowboxing warm-up, technique work on heavy bags, partner pad drills, and conditioning finishers. Alex corrects your form so you're actually learning real skills.

What to bring: Hand wraps and gloves (or borrow ours), water, athletic clothes you can sweat in.

Restorative Stretch & Recovery

Sunday - 9:00 AM

Sunday's for recovery. We do deep stretching, foam rolling, mobility work - all the stuff that keeps you training without getting hurt. Nicole's a registered massage therapist so she knows exactly how to work out those tight spots.


What to expect: Guided stretching sequences, self-myofascial release techniques, breathing work for relaxation. It's chill but therapeutic.

Duration: 75 minutes

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, we provide mats and foam rollers.
